Chris is the founder of Carvell Group and its affiliate companies.
An ISO9001 Quality Management Lead Auditor and still very much a working practitioner, Chris provides services to a broad range of clients for varying purposes such as process improvement and implementation, knowledge transfer by training, business start-up mentoring and business analysis.
With a strong passion to improve understanding and compliance Chris is solutions focused, a true collaborator and innovator, directing the team across the wider Carvell Group to develop and update the products and services offered by the broader business and our industry associates.
Group IT Development Director
The master of logic. Rob leverages his industry knowledge and experience to develop cutting edge solutions.
Rob started his career working in the Local Education sector developing data systems before moving onto Local Government.
Rob career has progressed through both the public and private sector developing solutions and systems for companies in the financial, fenestration, franchise, and fire compliance sector.
Rob has been instrumental in the development of technical solutions for some of the biggest industry leaders in the UK and is the Group IT Development Director for Carvell Digital and the wider Carvell Group.
Group Technology Director
With a strong passion for all things digital, Andy uses his knowledge and experience to drive forward the use of technology to improve ways of working and provide operational efficiencies.
Andy has previously held multiple project & change management roles within the IT & Digital sector, across a number of industries which include insurance, healthcare, oil & gas and telecom infrastructure.
Following a redundancy in 2012, Andy took the opportunity to work in Australia & New Zealand, managing projects with a focus to align people, process and technology.
As the Group Technology Director, Andy is responsible for delivering the technology and systems for Carvell Digital clients, as well as for the companies within the wider Carvell Group.
Armed with a passion for design and a keen eye for detail, Jamie is responsible for managing and designing all creative media outputs for Carvell Digital.
Jamie studied at Cleveland College of Art & Design, and then went on to earn his BA honours degree from Bournemouth University. He won multiple design competitions along the way, earning the opportunity to work for Hartlepool Council and another given by one of the North Easts biggest eCommerce agencies, where he later worked.
Jamie has worked for multiple design agencies and large-scale eCommerce agencies, working his way through the ranks, developing a multidisciplinary knowledge and skill set which has made him a pivotal member within our in-house design department.
Following completion of his software development & methodologies apprenticeship, Nathan transitioned into a web design role at Carvell Digital. Nathan creates, develops, and maintains visually appealing, user-friendly websites for Carvell Digital clients.
Artistic by nature and an eye for clean and artful web design, Nathan is involved with each stage of the design process, from early sketches right through to the final website.
IT & Business Support
The youngest member of the team, Grant brings energy and the natural understanding of new technologies that those of Generation Z hold.
With a keen eye for detail, Grant supports the team by providing data insights which help to steer the direction of the business.
Currently in training to become a web developer, Grant will eventually move into the development team and work on client projects for Carvell Digital.
Group Legal Counsel
Louise is a qualified solicitor specialising in Commercial, Intellectual Property and Corporate matters.
Having practiced for large national law firms in both Leeds and the North East, Louise has a wealth of experience in dealing with commercial matters. During her career she has been involved in many highly complex transactions and cases including trademark disputes between high street brands and the sale of a major car manufacturer.
On a day-to-day basis Louise has particular specialism in GDPR and drafting and negotiating complex commercial arrangements.
In 2019 Louise left private practice to establish Coach House Legal Consultancy after identifying a gap in the market for SME’s who require in-house counsel but do not wish to employ one on a full-time basis.
Louise’s wealth of commercial experience allows her to help her clients make the best commercial decisions for their business whilst also providing sensible pragmatic advice. Louise now acts as a commercial and legal advisor and in some cases, non- executive director, to a number of businesses across the North East.
